(a) We do not allow returns for change of mind. Returns are available on faulty items as long as the following is adhered to. If you wish to return one or more products, you will need to contact us within 10 days of receiving your order using one of the methods set out below. All returned items must be returned to us in a new condition. We are unable to process the return of any item that is not returned to us this way. This includes items that have been removed from packaging, appear used or washed. Along with the item, a copy of your original purchase invoice must be included with the return.
(b) Once contacted, we will advise you of the best way to return the product(s) and we will provide you with a Return Authorisation No. (an RA#). Without an RA#, returns will not qualify for credit.
(c) Replacement of products, refunds and or repairs will not be made until the original product is received by us and your claim is verified. All pieces and parts of the product and printed materials must be in their original packaging.
(d) You must include a copy of your invoice and your RA# with your return. To verify faults we reserve the right to ask for photographic evidence.
(e) Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
(f) We aim to process returns within 5 business days of receipt by us of the original product and any other required information from you.
(g) Subject to your rights under the statutory guarantees in the Australian Consumer Law, we will not refund a purchase or replace a product where the product has been lost, destroyed or disposed of by you, or where in our reasonable opinion the product has following sale to you been damaged or become of unacceptable quality due to misuse, failure to use it in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.
Please note: No return will be processed after the 14-day return period. This date is 14 days from the date the item is dispatched.
